TAIKELUN focuses on flame retardant protective fabrics, covering three systems — inherent FR, treated FR and composite — with blends configured to the hazard profile of each industry.
Technical work is based on three things: a clear model structure, standards that correspond to each model, and data that can be checked. Each model corresponds to a defined fibre blend and set of applicable standards; test items and pass criteria are confirmed at order stage; batch data is provided as agreed in the order.

specific models and batches. Standard numbers cited on this site are public standards used for technical communication;
any statement of conformity relies on the corresponding valid test report and is not substituted by sample data for
production batches. Documents relating to a specific transaction are available on request during discussion.
Manufacturing
The production system
behind the brand
Fabrics are woven, finished, tested and sampled at the Shaoxing Keqiao production base, with all stages operating within a single quality management system. Process parameters and batch data are traceable.

Fibre and raw material
Aramid, modacrylic, FR viscose, wool, cotton and nylon form the core fibre base, managed by batch and by construction so that material provenance is clear and traceable back from finished fabric.

Weaving
Woven and knitted systems in parallel, supporting plain, twill, broken twill, satin and ripstop constructions, with thread density and structure designed to protection and weight requirements.

FR and functional finishing
Flame retardant, antistatic, water and oil repellent, UV-resistant, setting, pre-shrinking and soft finishes combined by application, balancing protection, handle and dimensional stability.

Testing and analysis
Laboratory testing across raw material, in-process samples and finished goods, covering physical performance, colour fastness and functional criteria, identifying risk ahead of release.

Sampling
A4 swatches and garment samples, with custom embroidery and detail work available so that fabric, process and production align.

Warehousing and delivery
Located in the Yangtze River Delta textile cluster, close to Ningbo-Zhoushan Port and Hangzhou airport, with sea freight, air freight and multimodal transport supported.

Flame and heat stated separately
02Flame resistance describes whether a fabric continues to burn; thermal insulation describes the time for heat to reach the skin. The two are described separately in technical communication.
Criteria confirmed at selection
03Test items and pass criteria are established during selection and confirmed in the order; production batches are inspected as agreed.
Custom work sampled first
04New blends and custom patterns are sampled and approved before bulk production; standard lines are produced to established parameters.
