Seven Services

Seven services

These services are included within the scope of supply during the enquiry stage.

01 / SPEC

Technical selection

Blend recommendations based on hazard profile and target standard, with the reasoning behind the fibre system and weight.

02 / SAMPLING

Sampling

A4 swatches and shade cards; small-lot garment samples to verify handle, dimensions and process consistency.

03 / TESTING

Testing and documentation

Testing to agreed standards, with model-level and batch-level conclusions; technical documents are issued under our company name.

04 / TRACE

Batch traceability

Batch management of raw materials allows finished fabric to be traced back to fibre, with batch and test data held together.

05 / CARE

Laundering and care

Washing temperature, detergent and drying guidance by fabric system, with expected performance change over repeated washing.

06 / TENDER

Tender and specification support

Standards cross-reference tables, technical data sheets and test summaries for tenders, aligned with specified colours, insignia and construction.

07 / SUPPLY

Delivery and stockholding

Production scheduling to order; annual stockholding arrangements can be agreed for recurring users to reduce peak-season lead-time variation.

→ / NOW

Start with a technical discussion

Send the application, target standard and quantity, and we will set out the process that follows.

Business Model

Production to order

"Fabric is produced only against confirmed requirements, so that stock positions never determine the technical recommendation."

TAIKELUN / Production principle

Custom blends suit the application more closely than standard ranges, and therefore require parameters to be settled early in the project.

FitWeight, width, blend ratio and finish combination specified to the application rather than adapted from available stock.
ConsistencySingle-batch production reduces dye-lot and performance variation across split deliveries.
Lead timeCustom lines require sampling, testing and scheduling, and therefore take longer than stock supply; urgent orders should be discussed early.
Order quantityCustom blends carry a minimum production quantity; smaller orders are better served from the existing range.
PlanningAnnual stockholding arrangements can be agreed for recurring lines, moving lead-time risk into planning.
Lifecycle

Six stages of a fabric
inside a protective garment

01

Selection

Fibre system and construction established from the hazard profile; test items established from the target standard. Hazard, laundering method, season and quantity matter most at this stage.

Provided: hazard breakdown, standards cross-reference, model recommendations, indicative lead time.

02

Sampling

Handle, weight, colour and construction confirmed, first on A4 swatches and then on garment samples to verify cutting and sewing behaviour.

Provided: swatches, shade cards and a sampling schedule. Changes to weight or blend ratio require re-sampling.

03

Testing

Testing to the standards and items agreed in contract, with model-level and batch-level data and clearly stated methods and pass criteria.

Provided: test summaries and standards cross-reference. Formal reports relate to the corresponding batch.

04

Production and delivery

Production against locked parameters. Parameters are not altered during production, preserving batch consistency.

Provided: scheduling milestones, inspection data and export documentation; sea freight and multimodal transport supported.

05

Garment making and laundering

Components and construction affect garment performance, and laundering method determines service life. Both are best established before purchase.

Provided: laundering and care guidance, garment verification advice, component flame resistance notes.

06

Repeat order and replacement

Treated FR lines require a replacement cycle planned against wash counts; inherent FR lines are replaced mainly on mechanical wear.

Provided: annual stockholding plans, batch continuity notes, replacement model recommendations.

Commitments

Four service commitments

24H

Response within 24 hours

Technical and selection enquiries receive a reply from the relevant industry sales engineer within one business day, with a definite conclusion or a definite time commitment.

SPEC

Specific parameters

Figures are given where figures are known. Where a value depends on the order, that is stated explicitly rather than replaced with description.

CONSTRAINT

Constraints stated early

Where a blend cannot meet all requirements simultaneously, the trade-off is set out before the specification is confirmed rather than after signing.

CHANGE

Change impact stated

The effect of sampling-stage and production-stage changes on lead time is stated in advance, so that project milestones can be planned accordingly.

Start

Send the project and
we will follow the process.

Application, standard, quantity and delivery date are enough for an executable proposal and schedule.
